Registering offline with an paper application: Your local congregation can provide an application. Complete the application and return the completed application and payment to your youth minister or local youth contact. A $50 deposit will be forfeited by campers who do not withdraw their registration before May 22, 2018. Last day to pay for camp is Sunday, May 31, 2018. Campers registered and paid by that date will be put on the list from which cabin assignments are made. Make checks payable to BANDINA CHRISTIAN YOUTH CAMP (not your local congregation)
Registering online: Complete the form below. If you register online, you will receive an invoice for camp registration fees. You will pay the invoice via credit card via PayPal. (no PayPal Account is required) A $50 deposit will be forfeited by campers who do not withdraw their registration before May 22, 2018. Last day to pay for camp is Sunday, May 31, 2018. - Pre-Campers: $50 (pre-campers must be approved by session director & accompany a parent staff member)
Camp fee includes limited insurance, meals and lodging. Send additional money with your camper for canteen items such as candy, soft drinks, etc…. Each congregation is responsible for their own transportation to and from camp. The Camp is not responsible for transportation or the associated costs of transportation or means to and from camp. See your local youth sponsor for details.
Cabin Mates: Be sure to include your camper’s correct age and grade completed, as well as the name of an eligible cabin mate. We cannot make cabin assignment changes after we arrive at camp. Cabin mates must be in the same grade as the registering camper.
